Boréal Rue de Stand

Boréal Rue de Stand is the flagship café in Geneva (there are 3 other Boréal cafés here). I finally got the opportunity to visit in August. The café was going through a facelift at the time and was very busy and a little chaotic. They offer an extensive coffee menu and, on a hot summers day the choice for me was an iced coffee. Nice! Although it needed a little more coffee. I am familiar with their espresso and cappuccino from their Zurich café and am certain the same standard is served here. This is a popular place with locals, particular hip and happening ones. If you love Boréal in Zurich, then you will love Boréal in Geneva as well. Speaking French will help you as well. I look forward to visiting again to see what the service is like post renovations.
